Cooking Mama: Cookstar publisher counters allegations of breach of contract - oliphantsperoar
Satellite Entertainment, publisher of Cooking Mama: Cookstar, has responded to Office Create's allegations that IT was not allowed to release the unaccustomed Cooking Momma secret plan.
Office Create is the developer of all premature games in the sweet cooking sim series. IT holds the rights to the Cooking Mum IP, which were lent to Planet Entertainment to produce a unprecedented Cooking Mama biz. Seemingly, the "quality of the game builds unsuccessful to meet the standards that our customers await and deserve," and Office Create told the publisher what it wanted instead.
"Yet, despite being contractually obligated to castigate the known deficiencies and resubmit the corrected game for Office Make up's approving, Planet proceeded to release Cooking Mama: Cookstar without addressing all of the rejections and without Office Create's approval," stated the Japanese company. "On March 30, 2020, Situatio Create notified Planet of its immediate end point of the license out-of-pocket to Major planet's intentional material rupture of the license contract.
